Proposition: I do not support the courts rule to persecute or arrest this man because it has been stated in this article that the girl and her story do not match at all and the boy said Mueden was a 'perv' because of what he heard but not by what he has seen, there is no suspicious evidence to fully assume this man is guilty of sexual assualt.

ReplyDeleteAlthough this is a current event and although you may have an opinion on the guilt or innocence of the accused, it is not necessarily a debatable proposition. You would need to broaden the issue, "There need to be more safeguards for adults accused by children." or something like that...in the area of changing the law or the way the law is administered, rather than the particular case. That will be decided by the jury, rather than by debate.
