Interdependence means to me that whoever we are or whatever we do, we all in some way rely on each other. In other words, I don’t think anyone can do every little thing by their selves. Anyone can be interdependent, but those who don’t act or think interpedently grow to be good individual producers, lonely, and at the same time lacking the ability or chance of being a good team player or leader, which is really what interdependence is all about, being and acting in unison.
As I see it, we live in a chain, we act as the humans in the world that plant the seeds, animals feed on the plants we’ve grown, and we feed on the animals, and so on. The chain continues somewhat like a circle and a circle never ends. Interdependence seems never ending. We practically depend on one another daily, whether it is at home or in school. People who make the things they want with their own hands are rare these days. It’s common to see people like us, who get different things from different people.
In our Media class, there’s a lot of interdependence going on all the time. When we had our first Photoshop project it was assigned to us for individual work. As we worked hard that day, interdependence was in the room. It was the first actual time most of us had learned how to use Photoshop, my classmates and I all helped each other on the simple things our teacher taught us how to do. When we make our videos for this class, we depend on each other again to do their part since we are all going to have the same grade. It may be acting, editing, or being the camera person in the video, we depend a lot on each other.
We all have many experiences of interdependence, but my fondest memory of mine is when my family gets ready for a party, birthday, or holiday. Since Christmas is coming up, our family always throws a big party at our auntie’s house. Each family member brings a hot dish to share. At home, my brother, dad, mom, and I all work together to prepare for the food. I help my mom bake while my brother helps my dad cook outside. We arrive early to the party to help my aunty setup. We put all the presents under the Christmas tree, clean up a bit, and lay out the food on the table. We all helped each other out, since we knew one person couldn’t handle this big job for their self.
Interdependence is indeed a big word, but I learned a lot of it with this essay. Even doing this essay included some interdependence; I depended on Google to help give a quick definition. Anyways, I also learned that interdependence is an effective way to get things done. Working by yourself won’t get you very far than when you work together.
Your idea of Interdependence is there. You put connections, which you explained with your ability. Try to create a little thought on the whole meaning of interdependence. You say that it's depending on each other, but don't just state that. State the importance, why you would rely on others, and your involvements.

The idea on you second paragraph is meaningful on how an everyday thing is something we rely on. But elaborate more on that-- answering the "how" question.
In the sentence, “People who make the things they want with their own hands are rare these days. It’s common to see people like us, who get different things from different people.”, I want to understand what you are trying to say, but I can’t—there’s not enough description/specifics on how that phrase relates to interdependence. You could add events that relate to what you are trying to say, and that should top it off.
I like it how you related menemac classes towards interdependence. It continues to show that you understand what it means, which is good. It also adds onto your voice—your involvement of interdependence. But are there other menemac classes that you are involved with interdependence???
Its great how you emphasized on the amount of interdependence was dealt with when you stated “interdependence was in the room”. When you explain about the video making, indicate some experiences of the videos you made(psa, campus story, music video) instead of just saying ‘the videos we make’ in general. Then describe the video making events, and what you actually did on that particular video you made.
In your fourth paragraph, your voice continues to seep through with you explanation of your experience with interdependence. Indicate why in this particular party it is soooo important for interdependence to take place, because this party seems like a big deal, right? So continue to explain who and what people are relying on in this party and include the importance of interdependence in this situation.
Your conclusion again talks about interdependence, where you explain what it is and what you learned, it makes the reader think a little bit on interdependence. It matches up with your introduction.
Overall, your approach was great. I enjoyed your points you stated on interdependence. Just focus on word choice—making sure your words are effective. Your voice is there, continue with your voice in explaining a lot more on your experiences talking about what YOU did towards interdependence.
